The Bellport Middle School vice-principle contacted me to advise me that we may plant our memorial tree! It will be planned for the weekend of the main event. A student advisor will be in touch with me in a short while to work out the details. They would like the student council to be part of the ceremony. I was similarly advised that we may put a marker made by Pam Brin to note the tree and memorial.

ReplyDelete1/28/2010: Just booked my flight from Florida to come up to the reunion and I can't wait to see everyone. I am saddened everytime I hear of someone else having passed on but am anxious to see you all. If anyone wants to update me more about what's going on you can reach me at szmalap@pcsb.org.
